CANCELLATION POLICY: 7 days or less prior to event start date, cancellation or transfer to another event incurs $400 fee. Substitution of another person from your hospice for same event is no charge. No shows are non-refundable. Cancelling hotel reservation does not cancel Boot Camp registration.

WORKBOOK: An email will be sent to current registrants when the workbook is ready for download. Or, log into your education portal account Dashboard prior to start date for this event and click on the Workbook tab. Save to a device or print (recommend 2-sided printing, coil or three-ring binding). No workbooks will be provided on-site. 

CONTINUING EDUCATION / ACCESS: physicians, nurses, compliance certified personnel; and general contact hours are included. Log into the Education Portal after event completion.
