New OSHA Recordkeeping Rules for the Hospice Industry: What You Need to Know
Recorded On: 12/11/2024
FREE WEBINAR! Attention Hospice Leaders: The Department of Labor now requires many companies, including those in the hospice industry, to not only track workplace injuries but also submit detailed data directly to OSHA. With OSHA ramping up enforcement efforts, compliance is no longer optional—it’s essential. Submission of data begins early next year. Let’s ensure your organization is ready to meet these latest compliance requirements.
All attendees will receive scholarship access to OSHAlogs.com, the premier injury intelligence and compliance platform, as a new benefit for Weatherbee Resources clients. OSHAlogs simplifies OSHA recordkeeping and injury reporting, making compliance effortless. Think of it as the TurboTax for OSHA compliance—taking the guesswork out of recordkeeping and ensuring accuracy with ease!
Objectives:
- Explain how the updated OSHA submission requirements apply to the hospice industry;
- Determine exactly what data must be submitted, including all three OSHA forms;
- Discover how to determine the correct locations for submission and prevent reporting errors; and
- Use and disseminate tools and insights to protect your organization from fines and enforcement risks.
